This oceanview studio apt can sleep up to 4 ppl (ideally 2 adults + 2 kids or 4 small adults). It features a kitchenette, AC, Fan, TV, full bed, small sofa bed, bathroom & outdoor dining patio w/ BBQ. There is WiFi through out and shared access to the pool & decks.

Centrally located close to St Lawrence Gap and Oistins night life and shopping

Guests have use of all public amenities on site which include the pool, BBQ grill and decks. Everything within the space and all listed amenities are available to you, please make yourself comfortable!

I’m Shona, and this is my husband Rudo and our kids Kayla and Kaia. Together we own and run this boutique hotel in the making!

Opening a stylish yet budget, family, and eco friendly boutique hotel has been a life long dream of mine. So 6 years ago when we moved back to Barbados (Rudo’s Birthplace), we went on a mission to make this dream a reality.

We sacrificed and moved in with parents to cut expenses and started saving up and looking for the right property.

We purchased 19 Moravian Gardens a large run down oceanview apartment complex in Maxwell Christ church and started doing a massive redesign and renovation, drawing on my experience as an American Architect and our joint love of travel.

We want to give you everything we look for in travel accommodations — safe central location, nice views, unique stylish while comfortable interiors and prices that don’t break the bank!

Right now only 7 of 10 APTS are finished and listed for rent on airbnb, and we are working hard to finish renovating the rest of the building. We know we have a LONG way to go, to truly make Paradise Point Barbados a boutique hotel, but we hope that you book with us and enjoy all that our holiday apartments have to offer — style, comfort, central location, oceanviews, pool access and GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY!
