Anita's place was decent. If you love electronics, big TVs, and large kitchen appliances you may want to reconsider staying here. However, if you love, quiet neighborhoods, easy to access locations and privacy, then this is the place for you. I am going to break my responses down into two sections pros and cons. One of the pros is location. The home is in Sugarhouse which is a small community that is quiet, peaceful, family-oriented and very safe. The home is a 3-5 minute walk from the Sugarhouse Park which is an excellent place for cookouts, running, playing basketball and fireworks. The home is also a 5-minute drive from Walmart, Whole Foods, Cinemark Theaters, and a slew of restaurants, activities, and even I-80 which takes you to Las Vegas, California, etc... The place is also 10-15 minutes from downtown SLC. Another pro is amenities. Anita stocked up the place entirely, please don't bring much. She provides towels, cups, bottled water, napkins, dishes, and just about anything you can think (even cleaning supplies). The final pro is privacy. Anita is very friendly and helpful, and she never popped in the house unexpected. She was also responsive when texting or calling her.
Now for the cons. Firstly, Wifi is abismal, it consistently disconnects which makes streaming Netflix and even Googling nearly impossible at times. The provider for the home is Centurylink. Another con is the tiny TV that sits atop a large TV stand this combination makes the screen hard to see. Also, the home has Direct TV and there here are not many channels (no, there aren't any premium channels). The third con is the small kitchen appliances. In particular, the stove was tiny, and the fridge/freezer had very little space and to top it off, the oven did not work. The final con is the front door. The locks are hard to unlock making it a hassle to enter the home. All in all, the house is decent, it has its strengths and weaknesses.
Too long, didn't read.
