This apartment is 5 min walk from Subway Hub in Queens. The closest subway station is "Roosevelt 74st" which has 5 subway lines, E/F/M/R/7 line. It will take you everywhere you want to go. If you take express line, it takes only 15 min to Manhattan.
Easy commute to work and school.

Also Jackson Heights 74st is great location to access Laguardia Airport (Q70 Bus) and JFK Airport (Subway E line).

We renovated 1FL on 2020, summer. So the condition is really good.
*Plants, ornaments, laptop, colorful sheets and cushions in the pictures are not placed when guests are staying.
You would have a refreshing morning, and you would relax and get rid of the tiredness of the day at night.

This is normal multiple family's house in Queens.
So there is no hotel service like daily clean, front desk, leaving your luggages, security guard etc.
If guests expect a fancy, gorgeous building to stay like hotel, this house is difficult to meet your expectations.

Also, there are other resident on other another floor.
So you can't use this listing room for like lively party.
Especially, please cooperation to keep quiet for the neighborhood.
*No party, No Smoking, No Drugs
