I did apologise for it and I couldnt come earlier due to work being out of town. She was distressed instead of simply removing which takes just one second as I would do if I was a guest. She probably forgot this is not a 5 star hotel. The place is always cleaned properly but the hair in shower was missed from previous guests. I get the impression that she is just making things up on my communocating, but maybe Im wrong. She wasnt very clean herself, leaving crumbs on check out in her room. Not a type of guest I would prefer nor recommend. She also left some food in the kitchen when the house rule says to clean everything. Thankfully I only get this type of guest very few, and am very happy to meet other guests and host them. For cleaning fees, it might be she had difficulty reading since the cleaning fees already clearly written on room description. No problem, already forgiven. Please book else where next time, Claire.
