Quiet, friendly, and central location - 4 min drive to downtown. 5 min Walk to UA. Sandy is in the Rincon Heights neighborhood is known in Tucson for the safety and friendliness of residents.

Vibrant and central Sandy has plenty of restaurants and attractions in very close proximity.

For the past 8 yrs, I've been helping my mother run a successful 4-star hotel and spa. I understand the value of certainty and peace of mind when staying in a hotel. Hence, I simply make sure Welgo guests have the same peace of mind knowing that when they check in home will be professionally cleaned and prepared. We control home quality the same way we control hotel room readiness. Yet unlike hotels, I add more soul and effort to make sure each home is unique in design, theme, and feels like a real home vs a hotel room. Feels like a place you want to hang out with your friends or unwind after a long workday. I host only if I would stay there myself.

With thousands of reviews and over 3 yrs of hosting comes a clear understanding that if you chase money - hosting won't be fun. Because selling a promise is easy - meeting & exceeding is more challenging and way more rewarding. I put a premium on a human connection. It's important for me = my team to make a tiny difference in your life so, we too, can feel the appreciation. If one day hosting becomes just business - I'll call it a day and set sail. Until then, welgo doors are always open.
