Nice spacious corner apartment in vibrant Jægersborgsgade, thoroughly renovated though the last 3 years by the resident architect himself.
The owners love for the craftsmanship and design of Danish furniture from the fifties as well as his addiction to rosewood is unmistakable.
From the small entrance, where the toilet is attached, the apartment opens up onto a large living area on the corner with a nice view of the street at the adjacent alleyway. There is 'lounge' area with a sofa that opens up into a smaller double bed (please note this bed is only 110 cm wide) and a dining area in the corner where the light is at its best.
Access to the separate bathroom though the semi open kitchen.
There is also a bedroom with a new 160x210 cm continental box madras bed.
The apartment is strictly nonsmoking, otherwise feel at home and take care of the place as you would you own. Noise after 23 is not permitted by the co-op.
While staying at the apartment you can contact me at any time.
Hi, I am Krestian.
I am an architect living and working in the neighbourhood of Nørrebro, here in Copenhagen. When I am not at the studio or in my 'nest' I am probably hanging out with friends on my tiny boat in the down town harbour.
I like travelling; longer trips to Africa is a favourite or weekend getaways in Europe. When I do; I rent out my place on airbnb.
