This is a lovely neighborhood with so much character and friendly neighbors.
Enjoy private use of the houseboat during your stay. Depending on when you arrive, we meet you upon arrival, or via scheduled phone call for a tour and intro to the houseboat and marina.
Please understand that living on the water requires respect for nature. The drains from the sink and showers go directly into the lake. Eco friendly soaps products are a must. If you need to use a product that is not lake friendly, you can use the sinks, showers, and other amenities at the onshore Cabana.
Parking pass included. Must be left on table to avoid a fee deduction from deposit.
For the logistical stuff... this is a friendly, respectful marina community, quite hours are between 10P - 8:30A. A guest information from the Marina's Homeowners Association will be emailed prior to check-in. This outlines the marina & homeowner association rules for safety and comfort for all. Though I am sure you and your guests will not be violating any rules, in the event this does occur, the marina will send a fine and payment will be deducted from the security deposit. No more than 6 daytime visitors aboard the houseboat. And no more than 3 overnight guests. No smoking aboard the houseboat, on finger piers or docks. If you or guests smoke, you can do so in the parking lot or the beautiful uplands park above the parking lot, and please dispose of extinguished cigarette butt in dumpster.
Most of all, enjoy your time and soak in the splendor of houseboat living!
