Beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo,(approx 1400 sq.ft) featuring open concept with Queen bed in the master bedroom, Queen in the 2nd bedroom, Sofa bed, marble floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. You only need to bring your clothes! Great balcony overlooking lovely gardens and the 'quiet' pool (there are several other pools, but this one is tucked away in a quiet corner, so used much less. The beach, the other swimming pools, and hot tubs are only steps away.
Located just 1 mile south of town, means everything is close by, but no raucous beach parties to keep you awake at night... just the soothing sound of the surf! 2 golf courses are close by (one 15 minutes north and one 35 minutes south), the Baja Studio is about 1 mile away. The wine country and Ensenada are an hour's drive south of the condo along one of the most scenic coastlines on the west coast. Great restaurants, night life, cinema, lots of local events from concerts, art shows, bike races,duplicate bridge club, sand castle and surfing competitions as well as the local 'market' all add to the fun of a Rosarito vacation.
*LA JOLLA DEL MAR is a private community and permission to enter can only be granted by Owners or administrator of the association. Use of facilities is limited to Association members and registered guests.
*All persons making the trip shall be deemed to have waived all claims against “LA JOLLA DEL MAR”/ owner/ Property Manager for injury, accident, illness occurring during or by any reason of your stay.
*Individual signing rental check (Hereinafter referred to as “Responsible Party”) shall inform ALL GUEST of Rental House Rules.
*Responsible Party’s signature on rental check shall indicate his/her full agreement with “Rental Program House Rules” as indicated here with.
*“LA JOLLA DEL MAR” personnel reserve the right to evict any and all house occupants or behaviors that is deemed inappropriate or disturbing the peace of homeowners.
*Parking must be OFF the street surface in private and common areas.
*NO motor homes, campers, trailers or buses are allowed in the complex.
*NO vehicle, bike or skateboard is allowed on sidewalks.
*Vehicle speed limit is 8 mph. at all times in the complex.
*Every unit has on occupancy limit of 6 persons on common areas & amenities.
*Only SUBMITTED NAMES will occupy CONDOMINIUM.
*CANNOT BRING OUTSIDE GUESTS.
*NO part-time visitors, (renters or guests) can enter the facility without an owner’s explicit permission.
*NO glass containers or other breakable items may be carried around the complex or in the recreation areas.
*The discharge of fireworks and other explosives is prohibited in LA JOLLA DEL MAR; a $ 200.00 Dlls. fine will be collected from all persons, (owners, or renters) violating this rule.
*Music and TV sets must be kept at low volume level as to not disturb neighbors at any other time. Other excessive noise and unruly behavior is prohibited, and subject to a $200.00 DLLS fine payable by the person/s creating the noise or disturbance.
*NO laundry, towels or wetsuits shall be hung outdoors on balcony railing or roofs.
*Do not hang wet garments out to dry.
*Mexican law prohibits ILLEGAL DRUGS, PUBLIC DRINKING, PUBLIC NUDITY and PUBLIC SEX.
*Music played in recreational areas must be done using personal headsets only.
*NO children under 15 yrs. are allowed in the Jacuzzi (spa) and no diapered children are allowed in the pool.
*Our rules are matter of common sense, common courtesy and safety. Please understand and abide by these rules.
*Violations will result in fines being assessed to the owner and/or renters, or guests. Repeated or serious violations can result on removal from complex and detention by the Rosarito Police. Be aware that LA JOLLA DEL MAR security personnel have the power to arrest you.
*LA JOLLA DEL MAR is home to many full-time people; please be courteous and respect their home as you would ask a visitor to respect your home.
*As a visitor to LA JOLLA DEL MAR, you are protected by the same rules and can request enforcement from security force at the gate.
*We don’t allowed pets and PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE OR LIGHT ANY CANDLE.
*Please keep the gate close and lock any time.
*Deposit all garbage in outside containers. (Service area of each floor)
*Take good care of all furniture, fixtures and plants. Please do not take any furniture outside or to the beach.
*We are not responsible for valuables left in the units.
*Towels are provided; please take good care of this.
*Absolutely no rental refunds of any kind.
*It is not allowed to bring inflammable and explosive substances and matters with strong or unpleasant smell into the Villa. Electrical appliances for which you have not obtained the host's approval cannot be brought into the unit. The cost of electricity which is included in the accommodation price does not anticipate additional electrical appliances, and the guest will be charged additional cost of electricity proportional to the consumption for every appliance found in the apartment, regardless of whether it was used or not
*In the event of any legal disputes arising directly or indirectly out of this relationship, exclusive jurisdiction of this dispute shall be in the appropriate civil court of Rosarito Beach Baja California , Mexico.
*MOST IMPORTANT: Have Fun and enjoy a lot, you will be setting in a piece of paradise of the Baja California Coast.
