The ideal "Airbnber" for this property wants to stay 3 weeks or more but I am accepting bookings of 1 week just for the coming month.

When you arrive you're likely to find some basic stocks in the fridge, larder, cleaning materials, soaps and drinks cabinet. This will avoid you having to go on the usual gigantic supermarket shopping trip whenever you go to a self-catering apartment. All I ask is that when you DO go shopping you try to replace the stuff you've consumed...trust is important to me and the guest I aspire to host.
Electricity & Water consumption are included in the Daily/Weekly Price. This presumes the guests will use the air-conditioning units in a responsible manner (For example, guests should not leave air-conditioning units running whilst they are not even in the house). An excessive use of the air-conditioning may result in as request for additional payment or disconnection of the units.
Furthermore, as the house I live in is next door where a have a substantial computer system, I've used the property to store a very silent backup computer. This Computer is NOT available for the use of guests but guests can enjoy the 100Mbit/s and Movie Streaming that is powered by the computer system.
If you pay for your accommodation by credit card any payments by will appear on your credit card statement with the description STEVE CACHIA.
If you pay the deposit by credit card you will be required use the same card when you pay the balance of the accommodation bill
Please treat this as if it were your own house as I've equipped it as if it were MY house !!
No wild parties please and smoking should be done in your private courtyard.
This is a very quiet residential neighbourhood so you will enjoy peace and tranquillity...let the neighbours enjoy it too :)
