Less than a mile to the train station, 5 miles to downtown and The University of Texas and 15 miles to the airport.
Built in 1949, with a new home extension, come enjoy the natural light, high ceilings, large backyard, hardwood floors, with full amenities in a comfortable and spacious house.
The house is 2100 sq. ft. and has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. We have a 42" LED TV with Blue Ray, Netflix, and Wi-Fi.
There are currently spaces for a maximum of 9 people to sleep. The bedrooms consist of a master suite with a king bed and its own bathroom, a full size bedroom, and a bunk bed, which has a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top. The latter two rooms share a bathroom. There is also a full size futon located in the sunroom that can sleep two people. The kitchen is huge with a large island that seats 3 people and granite countertops. The dining table can seat 10 to 12 people comfortably. There is so much light in the new addition, you almost feel like you are outdoors.
Please come and stay, and we hope you enjoy our home as much as we do! We're flexible and easy going so give us a call. We currently do not have any pets.
Guests will have access to the entire house and laundry located in the garage. On site parking.

1 block from the city bus that runs downtown and 1 mile from the lightrail.
The full house will be available. We generally will lock the garage unless you will need laundry access. Backyard access is available with seating and a grill if you like to cook out.
There is one off street parking spot in the driveway and two spots on the street in front of our house.

Please no smoking anywhere on the property and no dogs. This is a quiet family oriented neighborhood, so please keep noise levels outside to a minimum after dark. Clean up after yourselves (wash dishes, bag and remove trash and recycling. Put all dirty towels in bathtub.
