The 3 bedroom ‘Lake View Barn' is an exquisite farm meets lake experience located on the "The Moorings Lakehouse" estate 3.5hrs North of Sydney. Ammenities include large outdoor bath, fire pit and large BBQ.

Guests have full access to the 9 acre property's lakefront barrel sauna, jetty, orchards, permaculture vegetable garden and covered yoga shala. Located only 15 minutes drive to Blueys, Boomerang beaches and 30 min to Seal Rocks.

Sleeps up to 7 people with king beds made up as singles.

With lake views this 140 square metre, luxury self contained 3 bedroom converted barn opens up to covered decks and an oversized outdoor bath. The barn includes a fully equiped kitchen and large outdoor BBQ kitchen, lake view lounge, large private garden terrace with 8 seater outdoor table setting and private outdoor fire pit, laundry washer / dryer.

The spiral staircase ascends to the King Bed master bedroom loft with views out to the lake and orchards. Downstairs there is large bedroom with two king single beds and trundle bed. (The singles can be made up as a king bed on request). The 3rd bedroom has a double bed with garden terrace French doors.

The accommodation includes use of the property's lakefront barrel sauna, outdoor all weather gymnasium / yoga shala, organic vegetable gardens, orchards and private jetty.

This is a luxurious and truly unique self catered retreat experience where you will stroll wearing your provided bathrobe to the lakefront sauna, followed by a plunge off the jetty, rinse off under the outdoor shower and layout on the sun deck. In the afternoon take your provided wicker basket to collect your salad from the extensive organic garden and orchards.

The Lakeview Barn can be booked in conjunction with the Lakefront Suite and the 2br Lakefront Villa for exclusive use of the property for up to 14 guests at The Moorings Lakehouse.
