This is a lovely grand studio apartment, set within a traditional Stalinist style building. It is in a great location on the South West of Moscow, in the prestigious residential and diplomatic area near the Moscow State University. There is a wide selection of amenities found close by with various shops along Leninsky prospekt catering for all day to day requirements with more extensive shopping available in the nearby Kapitoliy retail park on prospekt Vernadskogo. Public transport facilities locally include regular trolleybus services on Leninsky prospekt with fast and easy access to Oktyabrskaya subway station. Two other subway stations (Universitet and Akademicheskaya) are within walking distance.

Friendly and relaxed atmosphere – an alternative style of renting. My cell phone is always with me, I also check my email, so no problem contacting me whenever needed.
Will be available in the middle of February, with some flexibility on this date. I prefer to rent out the studio for 3 months, but will consider other options, as well.
Strictly non-smoking, no pets.

I'm an easy going art historian with some ordinary hobbies like reading, listening to music and spending time with friends. I also like rock climbing and visiting places normal people would never dare (such as Land Art project lost in the Mojave Desert, Nevada). I travel a lot and never stick to one place for too long. The world is diverse and worth seeing it all!
