Those are very unfair dishonnest comments in your review.
There is absolutely no problem with the back door to the unit. 1. I live below the unit. You should have contacted me or come see me immediately about it, we messaged & spoke but never on this. 2. It is a storm door with a winter seal. The door works very well. It needs to have a tight fit. 3. The door locks very well. Unhappy to have found left unlock and open by you.
There is nothing wrong with the bed. I recommend you grab a hotel next time. You are travelling, it will never be like 'your' bed.
Basic necessities. 'Basic' is the key work. If you wanted or needed more you should have asked.
1. You agreed to contacting setting up a meeting with the contractor (to make an estimate) rather than me running back and forth between you and him. 2. Airbnb's policies made it impossible to deal with this outside your stay, which I clearly explained to you. 3. Not cool that you backed out on your commitment and did not communicate reasonably about this. Airbnb did not pay of the claim because of too much delay.
The listing is very honest about the location and what it has to offer. 1. Sad to hear you picked a location that did not work with your activities and interests. 2. Airbnb automatically sets the price according to the market. No one twisted your arm to selecting this listing. 3. This is not a semi shared Airbnb. The listing clearly communicates it is one unit of a duplex. The Airbnb is one complete independent unit.
Sad to hear all of this in a review when it could have been dealt with it person early in your stay and ensured you had a very nice stay - as you can see from the other reviews, I make myself very available to attend to all of my guests needs promptly and accurately.
