I am a native of Virginia, teacher, gardener, world traveler. I arrived in Tucson via my husband, David, whom I met in the streets of Madrid many years ago. We live amidst books, music, earth, trees, birds, and assorted mammals. Paris, Istanbul, and Barcelona are my favorite cities, but Angkor Wat in Cambodia made we weep. I still dream of visiting Buenos Aires, Beirut, Petra,, and Amsterdam. My travel mantra is: travel light and leave a faint footprint and my motto for living is:"be yourself because everyone else is taken." (Oscar Wilde) Life is about experience, observation, and inquiry, as that is what we leave here with. I look forward to possibly staying with you and/or having you as our guest. Thank you
