This incredible house has been created with you in mind. The property is minutes away from Miami hot spots while providing you a comfort place to stay.

The Duplex(two houses connected by 2 doors from inside) is located up front of the property. Also, there is a single house in the back that can be book as airbnb as well(see my other listings under my profile)

Please read the entire policy prior to booking this place since it is NOT a house for parties, events, does not accept smoking etc.

Cars:

The duplex can accommodates 2 cars very comfortably up front on the far RIGHT side of the property and there are free street parking as well. You can park additional cars behind yours without blocking any other cars from the back unit( Airbnb single house).

This Duplex is inside a property with another Airbnb house in the back. They park their cars in the front(left side of the property) next to yours.

This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of cancelling the booking penalty free the same day you book as we have a cancellation policy that underlines this. -NO LOCALS: I can cancel at anytime without any refund

- SMOKING: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING allowed. There is a $300 special cleaning fee if you’re found to have been smoking within the house. Cigarette butts have to be pick up by you. NO CIGARETTE BUTTS IN FRONT OF THE HOUSES, NEAR THE TRASH CANS, PATIOS, BACKYARD, NOWHERE IN THE PROPERTY/HOUSES. There is a $50 charge if found any cigarette butts in the property/houses.

- EVENTS: NO events or parties allowed. There is a $25 per person fee PLUS an additional $300 special cleaning fee if you’re found to have had a party or event. And in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY without refund

- NOISE: No loud noise after 22:00. This is important because we have 24/7 security on staff at the property who will be alerted

- PETS: No pets allowed. There’s a $300 special cleaning fee if you’re found to have pets in the property

- LATE CHECK-OUT: No late check-outs.
Check-out is at 11:00am or earlier. There’s a $50 inconvenience fee for any late check outs.

- ILLEGAL DRUGS: No illegal drugs. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using ILLEGAL DRUGS of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY without refund

- WEAPONS: No weapons of any kind are allowed

- RESPECT: Because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel. Please be respectful of the property and it's items such as, decorations, towels, lines, furniture etc. If you brake/damage anything, we will have to charge you to replace the item. Towels: if found make up, blood, body fluids, stains, torn, missing towels, we will charge $25 per towel. Please keep it CLEAN before you leave. TAKE THE TRASH OUT TO THE GREEN BIN OR BLUE FOR RECYCLING.

-SHARED PARKING: This is a shared parking with other Airbnb houses inside this property. You will have 2 parking spaces on the far right side of the property(if you are facing the duplex, you will park towards to the far right). The parking spaces are long enough that you can park an additional car behind yours. Please ensure you additional car is not blocking the other guest's vehicles. There is free street parking as well.
