This newly renovated beach house is the ultimate luxurious holiday pad! It is situated right on the beach, on a tranquil and safe beachfront road in Umdloti.
Equipped with everything you need to have a great sea-side holiday, it is the perfect place to relax.
Superb unobstructed breaker views... Go on beach walks to the tidal pool, or the eMdloti lagoon and enjoy an array of restaurants, or stay at 'home' & braai.
Just 10-15 minutes from either Umhlanga Village or the airport.
This trendy beach house is secure and private... and it's right on the beach.
As you enter the property there is an outdoor shower to rinse off any beach sand, and a surf board rack to store a board or two.
A state of the art kitchen and an airy open plan space ensures you can enjoy the ocean elements while inside. The wooden fixed screens allows you to leave the lounge doors open so no monkey's can surprise visit you! Umdloti has a large troop of Vervet monkey's which are very cute but can create havoc inside!
The house can sleep a maximum of 6 people in total, although five would rather be advisable.
There are 2 luxurious ensuite bedrooms, and a loft bed above the open plan 'study'. This is best suited to a teenager or a young agile couple. It is a small space with an incredible view to the ocean. Access is via a loft ladder and it would be advisable that kids under 13 do not sleep in the loft.
Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and there is an additional toilet off the sitting room.
Each bedroom has amazing sea views.
The kitchen has raw cement Caesarstone tops and is very well equipped. Hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee maker.
There is also a Weber kettle braai.
Includes WiFi and a smart TV.
The hosts lock some cupboard for storage of their personal items. Please respect this.
2 street parkings in front of garages (pls note the garage is not available for use).
The entrance to the property is used by the "beach house" and the forest lodge guests, which are two separate lodgings on the property. The forest lodge is a good 50 meters up the property and completely private and separate to the beach house.

You may have a maximum of four people in the apartment. It is a 2-bedroom house and we ask that you do not bring additional guests to stay. As the person booking the apartment, you shall be held responsible for your disclosure (or lack thereof) and your guest’s behavior & actions and ensuring that they adhere to these house rules.
2.NOISE & ENTRY
No parties or functions may be hosted at this address. Please be respectful to others with the volume of your TV, music etc. No high noise levels from 22h00-06h00.
You may not grant anyone entry into the house other than your guests.
There is to be no smoking inside the house... Smoking may be permitted outside on the patio only (with the sliding door shut). Evidence of smoking inside, bunted furnishings or odour, will hold you liable to a minimum fine of a R1000 plus damages.
No pets whatsoever may be brought on to the premises or inside the house without prior written consent.
You may utilise the open parking behind the three garages to the house. It is street parking.
Your deposit will be refunded within 24-48 hours if the apartment is found to be in the same condition prior to your check in, and all inventory is checked and in good order.
If there are damagers/breakages, partial or full loss of the security deposit will be communicated to you within 24-48 hours. If there is damage over and above the amount of the deposit, you shall be held liable to pay the difference within 48 hours of notice, in cash or via EFT. By making this reservation, you accept these conditions and this is binding.
Breakages or damages need to be reported immediately to the agent (Ian) or directly to the owners (Simon & Emma Bray). The cost price will be added to your account.
8.FITTINGS & FURNISHINGS
The house is fully furnished and you are asked to respect the condition of these items by treating furnishing and appliances with care. Read the information pack (you will find this inside the apartment) in order to operate the appliances properly.
Taking all the above factors into consideration, my signature below, indicates that I have accepted all of the above and release Simon & Emma Bray, their agents and/or associates from Liability and Assumption of risk of my:
• Entering the property / apartment premises
• Participating in any activities
• Using any services or facilities,
• Eating or drinking any food / beverages arranged for me
I pledge not to sue Emma & Simon Bray, their agents, associates, neighbours, suppliers and / or employees on account of any losses, claims, costs, liabilities or damages.
