OCEANFRONT⛱25’ from the beautiful sands of Delray Beach, Florida, a village by the sea! Only 25 minutes from Palm Beach International Airport and the Ft. Lauderdale International Airport is a mere 40 minutes south. My condo is uniquely situated on the second floor of a two unit building. There are only 22 units total, with direct ocean access, and a community pool. There is a lot of green space with lounges, tables and chairs. However, you may never want to leave the my wonderful porch!

You will have this colorful, comfortable, second floor condo all to yourself! With 360 degrees of windows, the beautiful Atlantic Ocean greets you from nearly every place you turn. With only one other condo in the building, you are surrounded by peace, beauty and tranquility⛱😎

You will have one designated parking space and ample guest parking. There are lounges and tables sprinkled across the extensive green space. There is direct access to the beach with a convenient shower to rinse the sand from your feet. There is also a charming, heated pool with lounges, chairs and tables shared only by the other 21 units on the property.

Ostale napomene
My housekeeper will come in for 3-4 hours once a week and you will pay her for your entire stay upon your arrival. Her fee is $150 per week.
