My home is centered in the heart of Frederiksberg, 4 min walk from the Metro (two stops from Nørreport st) or a quick 15 min walk to either Nørrebro or Vesterbro. My apartment is Central. Supermarkets are 3 minutes away. The area is safe but not boring. My street is filled with cafees and great bars such as Cafe Intime (well known gay bar in Copenhagen) and Alleenberg. My home is small but soulfull, with a private garden, there is no noise from the street and I bet you will feel at home.
My house is a small (2 people plus small child) apartment in the center of Frederiksberg, literally the heart of Copenhagen.
10 min. on bike to all the central Copenhagen attractions such as;
Christiania --- Tivoli ----- Royal Palace ---- Christiansborg Castle ---- high end shopping in København K ---- Museum of modern Art ---- The Royal Theatre ----- Playhouse --- Opera ---- meatpacking area, with all its restaurants, bars and clubs in Vesterbro----- Zoo ---- hip and multiculturel Nørrebro. - is all seriously 10 minutes away.
But not only are you near the big tourist attractions, Allegade has a wonderfull, fun, peacefull and green locality.
My house is small but well equiped placed on the first floor in on of the oldest buidings on Frederiksberg.
The building was build in 1770 and is protected by the heritage board. My apartment use to be the cowbarn, later the portierres house and now our wonderfull modern home for 7 years.
The entire farmhouse is surrounded with gardens and a beautiful courtyard which we share with our friendly neighbours. But I have a private garden as well, that I use all year around for barbecues.
Its perfect for relaxing after sightseeing, or just to have your morningcoffee in the fresh sunny air.
The street Allegade is known for its beautiful old houses, green areas, cafe and barlife. Just across from our house is one of the best and most authentic jazzbars you´ll find in Copenhagen, Cafe Intime.
It´s only a 4 minutes walk from Frederiksberg Metro ---- 1 minute from shopping street Gamle Kongevej and Frederiksberg Alle´ that leads to the classy royal garden Frederiksberg Garden.
I have several different supermarkeds, takeaway options and delicacy shops with in a 200 metres or so.
My apartment has a new modern family kitchen with dishwasher and washingmachine. And all you might think of in order to make a homecooked meal. I have wifi, tv and stereo with recordplayer and decent speakers.
Toilet and bath, a small livingroom by the kitchen.
It´s a couples/good friends apartment - if you bring a small child I can arrange a mattress or small bed.
So if you are looking for a uniqe house in Copenhagen, I assure you, you won´t find anything like this anywhere else in the city center. Its central location and green peacefull sorroundings makes it by fare one of the best and most attractive houses you´ll find in Copenhagen.
