The space in detail....
Once parked on the driveway, enter through the front door to a hallway that leads you through the house to a large open plan kitchen/living/dining space that opens out via two sets of Bi Fold doors to the garden.
The kitchen is spacious and luxurious with gold metal workto, instant hot water tap, white marble island and velvet/gold bar stools
All appliances are premium brands, including a state of the art touch pad induction hob, integrated fridge, dishwasher and microwave.
There is plenty of space and the kitchen is well equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, cutlery and appliances you could ever want and need during your stay.
There is a separate utility room with sink, integrated freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, Nespresso coffee machine and wine cooler!
The large living space has 2 modern modular sofas, wall mounted 66'' Smart TV with Sky/Netflix included, marble coffe tables and a soft luxurious wool rug with the adition of cosy underfloor heating, giving everyone plenty of space to relax and unwind
This leads into a contemporary dining space with a modern French Oak dining table and Eames/Panton dining chairs. Additional chairs available in the utility/coat room if seating more than 6 adults and 2 Stokke Tripp Trapp highchairs are also available on request (stairgate also available if required).
Two sets of Bifold doors lead out to the private garden, which has sofas, chairs and sunloungers for outdoor entertaining. There is a BBQ and Firepit available for al fresco cooking.
The Coat Room can be accessed from the ground floor hallway which leads into the utility and also has access to the Kitchen/Living/Dining space.
A downstairs toilet is off the hallway and Soap, Toliet Roll provided.
There is a separate TV room (the snug) with a 44" Smart TV with Sky included and sideboard full of Boardgames. This room does have an open fire but please contact me if you wish to use it!
The whole ground floor has programmed lighting set for your convenience. Just leave all the lights on and they should provide you with what you need for a relaxing stay but if you feel the need to turn them off then please turn the switches on/off 3 times and you should then have manual control. If you wish the lights to go back to their programmed timing, just leave them on!
On the first floor you will find a marble bathroom with timed underfloor heating, full size deep stone bath, walk in shower, Starck Duravit toilet & stone basin with drawers for your use during your stay. Soap, toilet roll and egyptian cotton towels have been provided.
There are 3 double bedrooms (2 superking and 1 double bed) all with Egyptian Cotton or French Linen bedding. Chest of drawers and hanging rails provided and the double room has another wall mounted 50'' 4K Smart TV.
On the second floor there is another bathroom with walk in shower, Starck Duravit toilet & stone basin with drawers for your use during your stay. Soap, and egyptian cotton towels have been provided. A large loft bedroom (king size) and 5th bedroom (used as a gaming room) with wall mounted 46" Smart TV, sofa and desk for hybrid working.

You will have access to the Entire House (3 floors/200m2), Private Driveway (one car), and South Facing Garden. Please note access to the house is up steps so not suitable for all, but do contact me for info if concerned
Please let me know in advance if outside cushions are required for the seating area and if you wish to use the open fire in the additional sitting room.
Please also let me know if access to the Gym is required

House Information Pack with details of facilities and information about local areas can be sent to you once your booking is confirmed and after the cancellation deadline has passed.
A complimentary welcome pack will be waiting for you upon arrival. And if you feel the urge to cook during your stay, store cupboard essentials are there for you to use if you require.
Complimentary Nespresso coffee capsules, soap, toilet and kitchen roll are all provided.
All bed linen and towels are professionally cleaned and laundered between each stay and have also been provided for you
Smart Heating is preset and maintained throughout the house at a constant 19-21 degrees 24/7.
Parking is free for one car, off road on the private driveway
If parking for additional cars is required, there is an additional cost for the permits at £6 a day per car Monday-Friday
We are happy to accommodate Babies and Toddlers and there is space in Bedroom 5 for your Travel cots/beds but please note we do not supply these or children’s bedding. However children’s cutlery, plates, stair gate and two Stokke High Chairs are available for use. Do let us know if you require these to be set up.
