An Apartment is located in the heart of St. Petersburg.
This is the PRIVATE apartment (not a hostel).
We are working in the Movie-industry.
This is on foot 3 minute from Nevsky Prospect.

IMPORTANT: Now we are after some renovation, so the order of the appartament is not perfect.
There are boxes, there are a lot of unaddressed things in the kitchen. They are small, but there are many)

APARTMENT
There are a 2 rooms, the kitchen is 20 sq. m, little dressing room, the bathroom (bathroom is 1 - this is typical for Russia) whith toilet.
The house is built in the mid 19th century.
I ask too to pay attention to what not all old houses in St. Petersburg inside like the palaces)))
- Except cat there are antique piano, modern synthesizer, flute and other creative things)
- Time to return is free.
- Attitude to Smoking is positive (in the kitchen).
- A Guest Room is 20 sq. m.
- Wi-Fi

- Smoothing-iron, hair dryer
- Breakfast is European. Tea / coffee and sandwiches or croissants. The rest is in mood, time, etc.

ВАЖНО: Сейчас мы после некоторого ремонта, поэтому порядок дома не идеальный.
Встречаются коробки, на кухне много непристроенных вещей. Они маленькие, но их мноого)

Основные театры, музеи, ТЦ, клубы, концептуальные кафе, Летний сад - пешая доступность.
пешком можно дойти до 5 станций метро. 3 станции - за 3 минутs.
Удобно гулять по городу ночью - нет привязки к работе метро и графику мостов.

Кухня - 20 кв. м, здесь 2 окна.
Комната для гостей - 20 кв. м.
В комнате полутороспальная кровать.
_ Если будете настаивать на приеме 2х человек, то можно поставить еще раскладушку.
Для хранения вещей есть шкаф. При желании можно воспользоваться Гардеробной комнатой.

- Важно: тефлоновой посуды нет и не будет. Микроволновки нет и не будет - есть японская электропечь (то же самое, но на электричестве)
