At the entrance of Marina di Ragusa, the villa is on three levels.
Two bedrooms, including a large bed and the other with two single beds, a spacious living area with living and dining area, very bright, so bright as the kitchen, living area and fully equipped for 6 people (4 gas burners , 1 large electric oven and a microwave, fridge with large freezer, electric coffee maker and small appliances). Finally, two bathrooms, one on each floor, one has a shower and hair dryer.
Floridia Villa is the perfect destination for a family of four, even if there is also an additional single bed can be added in the master bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
It's embraced by a terraced garden of 200sqm, characterized by paths that hide secret passages and two terraces and surrounded by greenery. Of these, one is placed near the kitchen, making our outdoor restaurant where appropriate, the other is the playground for the kids, a bit 'for the field goal there, a bit' because of the stand at room recreation ground floor with a ping-pong and other toys, a bathroom and a laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
There is so much space on the front: it can contain up to two cars, but we never park : bike, skate and mini-house reign.
We also enjoy sunbathing on deck chairs in the large terrace (350 sqm) on the second floor, reached by a staircase inside.
The sea is not far with a beautiful beach, as well as the beautiful seafront full of clubs that animate the summer nights in the city center. Also connected by suburban buses to Ragusa (bus stop 300m, opposite the school), is very well served with supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, post office and various shops.
We invite you to experience everything while we're gone, to make you feel more bosses rather than guests, and to discover how many wonderful tourist, cultural and gastronomic offer our beautiful area!
