I am renting out my adorable house while I am away for the summer. These pictures are a few years ago and the house is actually even cuter now! I have since updated the kitchen and some of the furnishings, but the overall layout is the same. You are located extremely well at a 10 minute drive to the beach and 10 minutes to downtown LA. The metro which now connects you to Santa Monica and downtown LA is also about a 12-15 minute walk from the house.
I am renting my one bedroom home while I'm away for the summer. It consists of one bedroom with a queen bed, and a large open living room and full kitchen. There is also a sectional sofa that can accommodate 1-2 people and a blow up mattress on request. Would be ideal for 3 people but can sleep up to 6 with the blowup mattress.
This house is 10 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes to downtown LA, close to all the sights and wonders of Los Angeles. It couldn't be in a better, more convenient location! There is also a small patio in the back with a BBQ and seating area to enjoy the LA sun and have a minute to take it all in!
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils and silverware to make your stay in Los Angeles comfortable and budget-friendly. I also have a coffee maker, microwave, rice cooker, salad spinner, and BBQ at your disposal for cooking.
Additional amenities that will make your stay more comfortable are DirectTV DVD service so you don't miss your shows and WIFI.
Take a look at the Guidebook link to see some of the restaurants and grocery stores I have marked. In Los Angeles, having a car is always ideal, but the great news about this place is that it is also well connected to the public transportation system, which is rare in Los Angeles. The new metro line that goes to Downtown Los Angeles is under a 10 minute walk from the house, and busses are also just a short walk away.
If you choose to rent a bicycle, you can also easily reach bike paths that go all the way to the ocean. Within 5 minutes on a bike you have downtown Culver City and the famous Helms Bakery site with shopping and restaurants. Please email me with any questions! I love my home and I know you will too.

Hi! I am Stacey, a Spanish Teacher from Los Angeles, California. I try to travel at least once a year, and oftentimes twice! This site is excellent for a teacher's budget. I look forward to meeting new people, sharing their homes, and opening my house up to travelers as well.
My home away from home is and will forever be España. However in recent years Mexico is also warming up my heart.
