Our great apartment has 4 bedrooms (200 kvm) and is perfect for the traveling family- or group of friends. Close to Tivoli, the Zoo & the hip Meat Packing District. A cozy modern Danish home overlooking the city!
Close to the hip areas of Værnedamsvej, Istedgade & Frederiksberg Allé. Tons of restaurants/cafés just outside the door! Playgrounds and lovely green spaces within a short walking distance.

1.Please keep in mind that this is our daily home.
a.Therefore we ask that you treat our things with the respect you would your own home.
2.Please leave the apartment as clean and tidy as you found it
a.All trash should be taken out
b.Bed linens should be taken off the beds and left in a pile by the washing machine
c.All dishes should be cleaned (ok if you start the dishwasher when you leave)

a.Please be kind to remove any shoes before going into the apartment. You're welcome to place them outside the door (on the balcony of the stairwell) or in the entryway.

a.You must go down into the courtyard if you’d like to smoke. It is not permitted to smoke on the stairwell in our building.

a.Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep loud music and noises to a minimum. And after 11 pm., be particularly mindful of this, as the other tenants are families with children.
a.Please do not have extra guests visiting other than those agreed upon prior to arrival.

10.If an accident does happen…
(website hidden) supplies can be found by the laundry machine – in the closet farthest to the right (by the wall).
b.Please only use the appropriate cleaning products for the appropriate items (For example, the stove top cannot be cleaned with Ajax).
(website hidden) especially mindful of spills on our carpet and grey chair in the living room And please use the coasters provided when putting glasses on the coffee table.
d.Give us a call just to update us!
a.Please feel free to use the coffee, tea, cereals that we’ve set out during your stay.
b.And if there is milk, etc. that is going to go bad soon – you’re also welcome to use that too Otherwise, please don’t use other food items.
12.Using the kitchen…
a.Please feel to use our pots and pans – just use common sense (no plastic in the oven, etc.!)
b.Please be mindful of our porcelain dishes – they are a heirlooms from our grandmother, and we hope to have them for many years to come
a.You’re welcome to use the dishwasher. Simply fill it, and when ready, you’ll find a big red box of cleaning tablets under the sink. Unwrap (!) the cleaning tablet and place it in the small compartment. Simply press the large power button on the RIGHT side (no need to change the setting). It takes a little over an hour to run.
a.Please feel free to use our children’s toys, but be mindful.
15.Please don’t use the washing machine to wash your clothes unless otherwise agreed upon.

a.Please feel free to use the soap in the shower – as well as the hairdryer!
18.Please be mindful of not leaving wet towels on furniture or the floors.
a.Simply use the hooks provided in the bathroom and the washing room.
a.Please feel free to adjust the temperature in the apartment – though never turn the radiators above 3-4 (due to the cost of utilities in Denmark!).
a.Please return the keys in the post box when departing. (Ours is the first postbox on the top by the front door!)
b.**In case of lost keys, renters will be held liable to pay the cost (700 kr.) for replacing them
