Cozy studio located in the heart of the historically hip Cooper-Young neighborhood. A quick walk to the best restaurants and bars that midtown has to offer. A few blocks away from the Liberty Bowl, and a 10 minute drive from downtown. You'll find this comfy studio to be the perfect retreat after a fun day exploring Memphis! The guest suite is attached to another 2 bedroom Airbnb, but has it's own entrance and there are no co-mingling spaces unless you interact with people on the front porch. This space has been completely renovated to give it a fun, mid-century feel. You have a bed, small living area, and attached small kitchen with hot plate, microwave, and mini-fridge and all the supplies you will need to enjoy your time in Memphis.

This Airbnb is owned by Perpetual Properties LLC which is run by myself, Ryan Schuler, and my business partner James Little. We both live close by in Cooper-Young should you need us for anything. We have left a comprehensive guidebook in the home to help you find your way in the area, but should you have any other questions, we will be happy to point you in the right direction. The Home has a digital lock for easy check-in and to limit face-to-face interaction during the current pandemic.
