Bright and trendy apartment with an amazing view from the 20th floor of the historic Residence Nord apartment tower. Located centrally and close to public transportation. The place is ideal for both travel and work trips, and you'll have it to yourself. Not suitable/safe for pets and children, sorry!
The apartment is located in a central, quiet neighbourhood near the historical part of town and has an amazing view over Brussels' highlights (20th floor). It is easy accessible by public transportation (bus/train/tram), since it's located next to the train station. It's approximately a 15-20 minute walk to the historical city center.
Even though I'm generally not around when I rent out, feel free to negotiate about pricing if you're a couple or a small group of friends and willing to share the apartment while I'm there.
Guests have access to all the rooms.
There are two bedrooms with double beds, of which one is slightly bigger. Then there is the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, hallway and two balconies - all you have access to.
I also provide an air mattress in case you are group of five.
I provide my guests with coffee, some chocolate or cookies, tea and basic kitchen supplies that allow you to make a meal.
You would have to do your own groceries, however. Meals and drinks are not included, but I can always advise you where to shop for the best deals or specific wishes (organic etc.). There is free parking space nearby, however, I can not guarantee any available spots. Normally there is enough space, though.

I won't be around when you are here, so you have all the privacy you need. However, feel free to ask me for advice or recommendations about my city. I'd be happy to share my knowledge with you about Brussels and send you to local, hidden gems to have dinner, shop or visit a great exhibition. I will also provide you with some maps and a city guide to help you find your way around town.
Please make sure you have phone with you that is fully operational during and right before your stay.
I'm always available (and in case of a missed call, I'll call back asap), however, I want to be able to get in touch with my guests too at any time.
Check-in and Check-out are usually flexible, meaning there is no fixed time and I'm always open to negotiate a time that works well for both of us. However, if you'd be arriving or checking out at odd hours let me know as soon as you know. I'm fine with 5am or 11pm, but if tell just me the day beforehand I might have committed to other obligations already and won't be able to let you check in when you wish to. In general, get in touch for check in/out times as soon as possible and we'll make it work!
After you've made a reservation, I send you a detailed pdf file with all the information you might need on how to get around in the city, find your way to my home, what to do in case of emergency, some house-rules and a list of recommendations on what to see and do in the city.
The apartment is characterised by its charming, vintage design, but most of all by its amazing view. The apartment is on the 20th floor of a historic apartment tower, and offers you a view over the city. It's spacious and bright, and has all the equipment to make a nice meal or read / watch a film if you have some spare time.
I welcome anyone who is respectful towards both the house rules and my belongings and those of my neighbours. I urge my guests to have read the pdf with the house-rules (which I'll sent by e-mail) before their stay.
- food and drinks (including alcohol) you may find in the house, are NOT included. Sorry! However, I'd be happy to recommend you all the great supermarkets and stores in the area to get all you need for a nice breakfast or meal.
- You can check in until 8pm - you can always negotiate before you book about a later arrival time. Even though you plan to arrive after 8pm, we cannot guarantee this is possible if you don't check with us first before you book.
- My home is not suitable for very noisy parties and events; there's neighbours that need their sleep. Sorry!
- Never leave the house without locking windows and doors
- No pets allowed. Smoking is possible on one of the two balconies. Apart from that: have a lovely stay and enjoy!
- Not very suitable for toddlers, even though we love them!
