Good place to stay in Brooklyn. Subway is 5 blocks away, C line takes you straight to Manhattan. Neighborhood seems safe. Place was organized. Bathroom was clean. Big Garden on the back is great for bringing dogs or kids. Bed is queen size and really soft. Also there's an elevated twin bed (for kids or extra person). Kitchen is small, but with a full working stove, big fridge, and everything you need to cook (tools and saucepans). Place is very comfortable overall. It is not an elegant/fancy apartment, building seems old and some furniture is vintage too, but space is nice, safe, organized and enough for a couple with 1 kid, or 3 persons. Wireless is average, a little slow, but it worked fine. Kelli is great, she gives you all the instructions you need and neighborhood recommendation's. The only thing she asks is that you water the plants in the garden and not to use harsh chemicals on her saucepans. I'll definitely recommend Kelli's place. Possible contras: No TV and no microwave. Not that you go to NY to watch TV, but if you really need TV for checking the news in the morning or before sleeping, there's not. Also, no microwave to heat food, so you have to use stove. Place is overall clean, but you can notice little dust here and there, maybe it can be important to mention for people allergic to dust, as place is not completely dust free as an hotel probably is.
It is a really nice Apartment on the ground flour in a safe but lively area. There are some nice places to spent evening hours apart from busy Manhattan. Even the BAM wirth Theatre, Ciinema and Dancing Events is quite near. Kellis gives help- and useful tips. She is reachable in uncomfortable situations and she managed them well orgainized and very responsible.
