This property is licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority which means a representative of the authority has visited the property to vet its standards. This penthouse enjoys a lovely terrace to laze about in the maltese sun, where there is also a gas barbeque and an outdoor dining area.
It is situated 5 minutes away by bus to Valletta (the capital) and 10 minutes by bus to Sliema and St.Julian's (beach/shops/entertainment/diving schools).
A bank, pharmacy, grocer, restaurants and cafe's are all within walking distance ( 5 minutes walk) of the apartment.
A small rocky beach (Ta'Xbiex) is only 10 minutes walk away from the penthouse.
Bed linen and a towel per person are included.
The promenade, that stretches all the way to St. Julians through Sliema, is a lovely place for a long relaxing walk, with stops on the way for drinks, snacks, restaurants and playgrounds for families to enjoy. The promenade also leads to Valletta, offers great views of the bastions and gardens dating back to the 16th Century.
If you decide to rent a car, Avis is just down the road. Parking next to the apartment is very easy and free.

Water and electricity is included in the price but has to be used with consideration. These rates are very expensive in Malta so please switch off lights, air conditioning and don't leave water running when not in use. You would also be helping us in doing our part to protect the environment.

As from June 1, 2016, the Government of Malta is introducing an Environmental Contribution on stays at all types of accommodation. All revenue generated from this initiative will be used to upgrade and embellish the local infrastructure in touristic areas around the Maltese Islands.
If you are 18 years or older on the day of arrival, and starting your stay on 1st June 2016 or after, you will be required to pay an Environmental Contribution amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands, including twin-centre holidays in Malta and Gozo. This applies to local and foreign guests staying at any type of accommodation including hotels, guesthouses, farmhouses, villas, hostels, self-catering apartments, b&b, host families etc. The contribution is not included in your room rate and so you will be charged for it separately. This contribution is not subject to VAT, commissions or other charges. The Managers/Owners of the accommodation property where you are staying are obliged to collect the contribution and pass it on to Government. They are also expected to keep a record of the number of guests, their ages and length of stay. This information will enable them to calculate the charge and keep an audit trail. For this reason, you may be asked to provide personal information such as your date of birth and to support this with a document, such as a passport or driver’s licence. All data is collected and processed in accordance with the Data Protection laws of Malta. Would appreciate it if smoking is taken outside, in the terrace. Please note that no parties are allowed in the penthouse. This is a nice and quite residential block and we would like you to respect the neighbours as much as we do.
