This spacious self-contained apartment is perfect for a couple wanting a fabulous central location with an ocean view. The kitchenette is not designed for cooking extensive meals but offers a stove-top, microwave, full size fridge, portable oven, toaster and kettle & all cooking utensils. You have a washing machine & own clothes line on rear patio where there's plenty of room for surfboards and bikes. Park at your door or there’s plenty of room at the rear of the property.

Prostor
The only shared part is the parking! Be mindful that the front driveway parking is for both this apartment and the 2 bedroom Beach House next door.
There is ample parking at the rear of the property with access via Langham Lane also.

There is a shared wall with the 2 bedroom Beach House next door. The view is only from the front window, there is no private outside area at the front of the property. There is a small private and enclosed back yard.
Please be mindful of parking when there are people next door as it is a shared parking space.

Across the road from the beautiful Esperance foreshore and 5 minute walk into the town centre in one direction or Jetty the other. The new Jetty is currently being built at the headland where you’ll also find the famous Coffee Cat van, S’Juice van for juices and soups and also the Spud van!
