Hello. Please keep reading my other reviews for an honest reflection of my home environment, hospitality and hosting amenities for all my guests. I have been hosting Airbnb guests in my home for over 5 years and loving it! I will respond to the 2 issues she raises in her review. Amanda (as with all my guests) are given dedicated refrigerator/freezer space as well as access to the entire refrigerator for things she could not fit in her space. She had more refrigerator/freezer space in my home than ANY 5-star hotel provides!!! None of my long-term guests have ever complained about the refrigerator/freezer space. As it relates to sharing the bathroom, she never should have booked her stay with me if she would have read in my (Website hidden by Airbnb) fees are based on a sharing environment, especially the bathroom. She only had to share it with another Airbnb guest (not me), which she refused to share early in the morning and created conflict with that guest on her 2nd day, trying to bully him with intimidation. This guest had NEVER been a guest in an Airbnb Host's home and my home was her very 1st Airbnb stay. It was my mistake for accepting her for a long-term stay because he was the "guest from hell"... very selfish and demanding from the moment she arrived, which was a day late due to her own personal issues! Her review is not accurate, and it does not reflect her disrespectful behavior to follow my house rules (which she refused to follow) and her "bully" behavior towards me when I didn't agree to relax my rules, especially towards the excessive energy/electricity usage she wanted to use while she was out of the house for extended periods of times. I guess she never read the written House Rules she received upon her check-in that read " 10. Please contact the Host promptly for instructions on any activity or actions that you have not already received permission to do or perform while you are a guest in my home." Amanda checked out 9 days early because I would not allow her to operate her electric cooling fan during the times she was not in the home. So she created an Airbnb dispute against me (more conflict) in retaliation. Thank you for reading my response to this review and keep reading for my other positive hosting reviews.
