Hi Madonna, as we explained breakfast is not included just because the website is AirBnB. Every host has different options which are clearly stated on the host page, you should always read it clearly for the information of your stay.
You did not notify use of any insects until the last day of your stay, giving us little opportunity to assist in any way. The property management company is responsible and have already scheduled pest control. If you had let us know on your arrival this could have been done immediately. A review of our caretaker found there were some insects
but not the exaggeration that you claim, but still arranged immediately for pest control.
Unfortunately, you have not been communicative of your issues except to exaggerate in what seems to be an attempt to get extra services for free. In these situations we do try to work with the guests to try to find some way to make your stay as best as possible, but again you only communicate this extreme hate review after the booking was completed. If there was such an infestation, and you notified us immediately we would have arrange alternative accommodation immediately at no extra charge.
We are sorry your stay with us did not go well, but hope you now see contacting the host immediately so they have time to deal with problems is important. And attempts to pressure hosts to provide free breakfast even though their listing clearly stated no food is provided is not going to get good results. We offer a competitive service to give people freedom and choice, if you require all in breakfast then perhaps you should consider a hotel, but be aware the cost is much more expensive.
