Our "Villa Harmony" is the perfect spot for you to relax and feel comfortable at. It is a spotless "home away from home", completely remodeled with brand new kitchen and bathroom. Each bedroom is uniquely decorated with comfortable beds and linens. Two of the bedrooms each have a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds, all with comfortable mattresses. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials, spices/oils, coffees/teas, microwave, toaster, soda-stream, dishwasher and cooking gear. We also have a large backyard area with a fire-pit table and a dining table, plus a medium size Webber BBQ. Upon request we can also provide a playpen and toys for your child. We have laundry room, Direct TV (HBO, NHL package) and Internet with high speed WiFi. Linens, towels, beach towels as well as schampoo, soap, hairdryer and an iron/board are provided.
Please note, as of January 2015, a new ordinance in Los Angeles County. An occupancy tax of 14% will be added to your stay if less than 30 days.
The house and backyard. We have a fire-pit table and it needs to be handle with care. Do not leave fire unattended, make sure it is completely out when going to bed, use water if you have to.

No unauthorized filming (for movies, TV shows etc.)
We want our guests to enjoy a clean and neat house and we are hoping you will help us with the upkeep. We put so much time and effort into making this a special sanctuary for you, our guests and we want you to enjoy your stay with us! We are asking all our guests to remove their shoes to honor the Swedish tradition (yes, I am a Swede). We have provided slippers in the basket by the entry hallway. We love cats and dogs but I am allergic so I am gladly offering a pet free environment for my fellow allergic friends out there. Let us know if you are traveling with children? I can provide some toys and playpen if needed.
