I verified that the combination was published on the listing on AirBNB. Arriving at 130 in the morning, I could do no more till I woke up and saw that you apparently did not go to AirBNB to find it. The code was there.
This is no excuse for the pulling down the drapes, putting soaking wet towels all over the apartment over wooden dining room chairs, wooden doors, wooden floors .. much water to clean up, extra weight for towels to take to cleaners who charges by weight. Good thing that we arrived when we did (30 minutes after you left) or there would have been immense damage to the dining room set.
Also a large bleach mark on the wooden floors of the living room, drapes pulled down in LR, missing towels (3), and burned popcorn in 2 stainless steel pots. You said you had nothing to do with the pots, OK .. but were silent on all other questions.
I can only imaging that your group was 'acting out' for not being able to get in the apartment when you arrived at 130am. Not good.
I offered to settle up for $40 to replace the missing towels, and you wouldn't do it, as if the missing towels was some sort of penance for my not opening the door for you. Bill for full services from cleaning services submitted to AirBNB for settlement.
