Cozy, newly-renovated duplex located in the heart of the historically hip Cooper-Young neighborhood. A quick walk to the best restaurants and bars that midtown has to offer. One block away from the Liberty Bowl, and a 10 minute drive from downtown. You'll find this quaint duplex the perfect retreat after a fun day exploring Memphis!

This side of the duplex has 1 spacious bedroom with a queen sized bed, closet, and dresser. The bedroom has a desk with accessible outlets and wifi for those who need work space. The bathroom has a bath / shower combo with a small vanity. Built-in storage space is available for your toiletries. The living room is equipped with a smart TV with Youtube TV and Netflix provided. There is also a full sized pull-out sofa bed for an extra guest (or two *small* extra guests). The newly renovated kitchen has all new appliances and kitchenware. You might just feel inspired to cook in this cute, little kitchen. Please feel free to use the washer and dryer located in the hallway. Enjoy a glass of wine or sweet tea in the front yard sitting area.

1. ***Absolutely no parties allowed. 4 person maximum in the unit at any given time. Strict noise policy - no loud music at anytime. Please be respectful of guests staying in the unit next door. This is strictly enforced, and will be reflected in your review.

4. ***No Smoking of any kind is allowed in the house*** - Guests will be charged a minimum of a $300 deep cleaning fee if there is evidence of smoking in the house
