Rights and obligations under the accommodation agreement DEHOGA accommodation contract

The accommodation contracts resulting from the contractual rights and obligations are often not known. The place fulfiled all my expectations: central, big bedroom with lot of light and cleanness, and all the house commodities in perfect conditions. A must!

Ottima la posizione, quartiere molto carino, vicino a metropolitana, il centro si raggiunge a piedi in 15 min. Konstantin non è molto loquace per email a causa del suo inglese, ma è una persona molto disponibile e corretta (c'è stato un disguido e voleva ridarmi più soldi di quanti fossero necessari). L'appartamento è pulito, cucina ben fornita, la camera un pò spartana. Ci son stato per 3 settimane per motivi di lavoro e ci tornerei.

Correct place, basic room but with all you need and a very good kitchen. If you plan to stay a short time, it is definately a good choice because of the location
