Our beautiful home is located in the heart of Buffalo, on what is said to be the most prestigious street of Allentown, historic Irving Place. We are right by Allen Street, with all its characteristic cafes, restaurants, bars, salons, and shops, and Elmwood Avenue. The house is from late 1800s but we have worked hard to make incremental renovations. In spite of the central location the street is pretty quiet. Gorgeous hardwood floors throughout, lots of light and space. Bathroom with jacuzzi tub and brand new shower. Private backyard with deck. Parking is free on our street as well. In house laundry available. So what are you waiting for? Romance, adventure, culture, architecture, food, drinks....we are waiting :)
Restaurants within a 5 minute walk: Cantina Loco, Hardware Cafe, La-tee-da, Tempo, Gabriel's Gate, Presto, Don Tequila, Melting Point, Alley Cat, Merge, Ulrich, Savoy, Cafe 59, Colter Bay, Allen Burger Venture and the list goes ON and ON! Within a 5 minutes walk is also the Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural site. We are right in between the Elmwood Village and historic downtown, both a 10 minute walk in opposite directions. We are a 10 minute walk from Symphony Circle, if you want to check out the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra, and 5 minutes from the subway, if you want to go anywhere else! We are a 20 minutes ride from the Buffalo Niagara International Airport. We also are a 25 minute ride to beautiful Niagara falls. If you are into skiing or snowboarding we are 1 hour away from Ellicottville (Holiday Valley) or 40 minutes away from Kissing Bridge. Walk to the Allentown Art festival, Taste of Buffalo, or any parade! Come for the First Friday night of each month when all the art galleries on Allen are open for free. There is also a bike and car share that may be an option for some guests.
We have the cutest cat (Alice) and dog (Bella), beware if you have allergies. We are gay and straight friendly! We are friendly to any race, color and creed. We try to be as green as we can. We recycle and the entire house runs on green energy. We speak English, Italian, French and Spanish.

This is our home, which we love to share, but expect it to be cared for. Guests use the side door which is accessed via the side gate by the garage. The pets sleep downstairs so please keep the doors shut to keep them there - guests using the kitchen/living area later at night please try to not let them sneak out;) Please be quiet between 11pm and 9 am not to disturb other guests.
We try to be as sustainable as possible within our means, and always recycle, compost, and use less packaging!
