Nostalgic flat over 100 years old with charm & character, in a most safe & secure district. Double comfy bed. Private balcony. Neighbour to the first apartment building, and first Squat of Turkey. Ease of reach all over the town via public transport.
*There's wifi in the flat. I will give u the pasword upon ur arrival.
*Hot water runs 24/7 thus u can take a shower whenever u feel like.
*Your room is located on the south-eastern part of the flat, thus gets plenty of natural light the whole day. If you don't want your sleep to be disturbed by much light from early morning, feel free to pull down the blinds from the night before.
*The whole flat, including ur room, still has its original wooden floor which adds to its nostalgic charm yet also causes noise while walking around. Don't worry about that; both me and the neighbours downstairs are well aware of and used to it^^
*I am a night person so no problem at all if/when u stay out late and enjoy the night life of enchanting Istanbul.
*I will spare you some space in the fridge so u can keep your food & drinks.
My apartment, including your room, is fully furnished and has all amenities needed. Fresh towels and bed sheets will be provided upon your arrival.
You are welcome to:
- Use all kitchen equipments to cook your own dishes (And/or, if u get lucky at the time, contribute to cooking & sharing some turkish dishes through my guidance)
-Spend time in living room aside with ur room if/when it is available, for chilling, reading, watching stuff on TV (i have satellite dish so plenty of intl broadcast on air), or joining in for some chat with me.

If u r confirmed as guests, that means u r at luck because I am not always in town due to my life style.
I would then do my best to provide u with all possible help and guidance about Istanbul, my neighbourhood, and of course, Turkish culture in general.
Other than that, I am as much willing to give u space as i often demand my own (empathy speaks for itself, to put it best)
So basicly; it all depends on mutual convenience and moods at the time...
Highly adviced read as intro to the zeitgeist of my neighbourhood: (URL HIDDEN)
-No shoes, pets, or smoking indoors pls (The shoe policy is common in turkish culture. You can smoke in your balcony as long as you make sure the smoke stays out)
-Please read the user manual of the flat i will send you for your ease of orientation.
-It is important to follow the notes that i posted around the flat to avoid conflicts.
-Please keep your fly net door closed to prevent possible mosquito bites.
-If you break something, please let me know.
-No guests are allowed to stay overnight other than the ones mentioned clearly while booking the place-see relevant fees section for details. Visitors (those who don't stay over night) are allowed if only they are your friends. Ones you might meet in the city during your travels are unfortunately not allowed. (Thanks for understanding; it's a security measure)
-Do not give the keys to the apartment to anyone else (likewise above, another security measure)
-I do not suggest the use of taxis unless it's the only possible means of transport, since they are quite costly. But if you would, please try to take cabs from taxi stations if available. Be careful about random taxi drivers since, upon realising ur not local they may try to trick you by not choosing the most feasible route (to earn more). Feel free to ask me for safe transportation.
