The neighbourhood is almost the heart of the city and all areas within its vicinity are peaceful and have all the attractions and amenities one could hope for in Ranchi. About 50 meters ahead lies 'Celebrations' banquet that hosts weddings and reception. There is a space named American Broadster Chicken hardly 100 meters away for Chicken lovers as well as Bubbles for ones craving to satiate their sweet tooth. Upvan multi-cuisine veg & non-veg restaurant is in the same building as ours and is available for guests from 10:30 am to 10:30 pm.

Hey there! This is Reshabh Sikaria and the person standing beside me in the profile pic is my lovely sister Nikita.

I love the feeling of helping people have comfortable and safe stay in the beautiful city of Ranchi. I love Ranchi to bits and when you come here, I bet you will too.

I have a penchant for good food and when bored of home, I dash out to eat some, which ranges from panipuri to eating cheesecakes in fancy lounges/restaurants to Bhola's World Famous Litti Chokha (I mean it! Seriously!). If you feel like enjoying the delicacies of Ranchi and do not know where to go, don't hesitate to contact me.

If you need anything specific, I am always available on phone. Even if I do not pick up, I will reach back to you or one of my family members will surely help you out.

I am not personally available to interact with Guests although I drop in sometimes in Common Spaces for a Chat. A small office of mine is located just outside the room although I am not present there often. Guests may find regular interaction with other Guests. Moreover, Caretaker is present at all times from Morning 09:00 am to 10:00 pm at the night.
