Welcome to Eagle’s Perch. A private upper studio apartment with expansive water views on 3 sides! It has a newly remodeled private large shower/bathroom and new cozy kitchenette.

Access to our property hot tub on request also welcome, it is shared but we will not use it till after 9 pm.

It makes a perfect getaway for a couple, small family or for a solitary retreat. The public beach is just 2 block away where you can look for whales seals, otters and fish! Welcome to our island haven!

Eagle's Perch is a wonderful studio with large picture windows to take in the water views on 3 sides. Who else can see a lagoon, canal and Puget Sound from their bed? It features an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, comfortable queen-sized bed, bistro dining set, a twin sized day bed (for guests under 5"7 as it's a day bed) and kitchenette with sink and hot plate/mini fridge/microwave/coffee and staples for simple cooking.

We know how stressful these times are and take to heart that every surface, pillow, plate, door handle (even the soap dispenser is cleaned!) is properly cleaned and sanitized.

Guests are welcome to lounge in the backyard (with lagoon access) or relax on their own porch. Guests may also access Island County public beach just two blocks two the right down the street. (To support the continuation of our friendly Airbnb with the neighborhood, please use the Island County public beach access just down the street) We are so delighted you have come to stay!

Lagoon Point is a quiet and beautiful community surrounded by lagoons, canal and water.
It is very quiet here. We are not in the middle of a town, but we are an amazing gateway to other places on the Island as we are so centrally located. You can easily visit Greenbank Farm, the ferry to Port Townsend, Langley, Coupeville, Ebey's Landing, South Whidbey State Park - all within 15 minutes drive.

As a world traveler and Airbnb user myself, we built a space to host, but when we moved I was so sad to lose the beautiful new space. So we bought a house with a tiny house on it, which we extended to other travelers, then our basement apartment, then a tiny unit on Whidbey Island until we launched the big property of Langley Retreat!
Both my husband and I have lived in other countries and love meeting people and sharing our homes with easygoing friendly people. We have 4 children who love to travel with us.

My husband and I love to dance, go to festivals, travel and be with our kids and friends. My husband works in technology and I was a kids music and family yoga teacher before launching our larger property.

We have traveled to Thailand multiple times and often visit the UK where Lara lived.

We are fairly relaxed people, but always like clean spaces, good communication and chill/adventurous people. We often share our home as well as 2 fully short- term rental spaces..we hope we have a place for everyone!
