The apartment is situated on Collins Ave. on the beach front, nearby the bus stop ( in case you do not drive) and walking distance from Foutainbleau Hotel and restaurants. It is only 5 minutes away from South Beach, 5 minutes to La Gorce Golf Course, 25 minutes from the Miami International Airport, 10 minutes from the Bal Harbour Shops.

The apartment is equiped for 7 people. It has a queen bed in the Master Bedroom, 1 twine and 1 double deb in the second bedroom plus a Queen sofa bed int he Living room.
Pets and SMOKING is not permitted in the apartment.
•A one time cleaning fee of $110 is charged. Maid service available upon request for an additional fee.

We shall do our best to acomodate to your check in and check out, However, when checking times overlao with other guest, we will stricktly enforce the times set above.
In order to comply with the Building security requirements I must issue a form listing the complete name, age and ID/ Passport information of all the guest for the at least 2 business days before their arrival.
Once you have arrived to the building you must present yourself to the Security Staff and provide them with your ID or Passport in order to clear your access to the Building. Security Staff will take a copy of your ID or Passport and provide you with a copy of the form previously file by VacaHomes.
Valet Parking Staff will take care of your vehicle and luggage once you handle them the completed Form given to you by the Security Staff.
Once you get to the apartment you must enter the 4 digit Code given to you by Vacahomes prior to your arrival.
Inside the apartment on the side table you will find 2 blue fobs.
Please do not lose the Fobs. Replacements cost $75 and will be deducted from your Deposit.
The fob will let you move around the building and access the gym, pool area main and beach entrances and service elevator.
Gym and Poll are accessed from the Mezzanine Floor (M)
Beach is better accessed from the Service Elevator Lobby Floor (L)
Recycling is mandatory in the city of Miami, please divide recyclables (news paper, magazines, boxes, bottles and cans) into the designated trash chute. Failure to disposed trash properly will be penalize with a $100 dollar fine that will be discounted from the Security Deposit.
Building Rules – Loud Noises
We remind all of our guests that this is a family building, were the Association has imposed Rules and Regulations that must be comply with in order to keep The Pavilion a safe and pleasant place to live and vacation.
Loud Noises will not be tolerated after 9 PM.
Booking Guest under 25 years must pay a Mandatory Condo Security Fee of $135
It is not allowed to walk around the building halls and lobby without proper clothing (shoes and cover ups).
No clothes or garments should be hung visible from the Balconies, it is forbidden by the Building Rules and Miami Beach Fire Authorities. Fines might be imposed.
Any complaints filed by a guest, an owner or the Building Association will allow Vacahomes to cancel the rental contract without any right to any compensation and loss of Security Deposit.
Vacahomes will also retain and claim in excess any penalty or fine imposed by the Building Association to the Property Owner regarding a complaint concerning the guest.
