I offer friendly hospitality in my modern family home . I have 1 x queen bedroom available for guests. The room is separate from the rest of house with shared bathroom & separate toilet. Situated in central Mosgiel, close to public bus stop and easy 15 min driving from Dunedin Airport to Mosgiel and also to Dunedin CBD. Close to shops, restaurants, golf courses etc.

I offer B&B with freshly made coffee & english breakfast – bacon & eggs
