Lalande-Laborie is situated in a domain in a beautiful setting of forests. The house has 4 bedrooms with double bed, and a connecting children's bedroom with bunkbed and bathroom. There is a heated pool in front of the house with terraces.
A guesthouse is available for 2 people and has a kitchen corner and large bathroom and view on the Mediterranean garden. There is a Spa available on the domain and should you wish to come with more guests, we also can lodge 2 people in our Treehouse.

Prostor
Our house is situated in one of the most beautiful valleys of the Dordogne region. Beautiful views from the terraces and balconies. In the neighborhoud are castles, charming villages and the weekly markets.
We can accommodate 12 people on our premises. Recently we have added a Guesthouse on the property and there is a Spa available with Hamman, Sauna, Fitness room, Relax room.

The neighborhood is very green, lots of forests, picturesque villages. Country walks can be made and in general beautiful nature to be found all around you. Sarlat is a beautiful town quite near to us. Lascaux is very near to our village and during the summer months, you can visit the evening market on Thursdays in our village Auriac-du-Perigord. The beautiful country side can also be explored on horse back. Please contact us for more information.

Twenty five years ago we wanted to buy a house in France for our holidays and we found Le Coustal. We restored first the old farmhouse dated 1870 and this is the place we used to live in ourselves. Now this beautiful farmhouse is also for rent and we named it La Ferme. We ourselves moved to Château Preyssac in Thenon, which we are renovating right now. We started to restore all the other buildings on the domaine. Many years later we could buy the land of our neighbors and we were able to completely renovate the Maison de Maitre and opening it for guests six years ago.
We are originally from the Netherlands, however 16 years ago we moved from Holland to the United Arab Emirates with our daughter Sanne.
Nowadays I spend my time between France and the Emirates and together with my daughter Sanne and a dedicated team we take care of our guests in France and Spain, where we also have a family property ( las Rocas) hosted by my cousin Gijb.
Apart from las Rocas we now manage 3 more properties in Rosas:
Belleza del Mar, Casa Diaz, and Casa Flamenco.
in the future we hope to add some more treehouses at the domaine Lalande-Laborie. At the moment there are two and maybe in the future in the forests of Preyssac !!

Tijekom boravka

In general I will visit the guests once during their stay to find out if everything is to their liking. Further I also walk with my dogs on the grounds, so there is a possibility that I will meet the guests during one of my walks.
I will not be present in the same house during the stay of the guests, however staff will have to be given the opportunity to clean, tend the gardens and clean the swimming pools and if necessary to be allowed to do maintenance from 7 a.m.- 10.30 a.m.
