I am sorry you found your stay so distressing.
Unfortunately you did not give me full disclosure about your stay— you were essentially using the apartment as your office as well as a place to stay. If I would have known this, I would have politely declined your reservation as someone being in the apartment seemingly at all times when I could possibly disrupt them does not work for me, as you have so clearly stated.
I did, however, give you full disclosure on my end letting you know that I would occasionally pop in to drop something off or pick something up at the apartment always with a notification, which I did. This has NEVER been an issue with any of my previous guests. You told me you were OK with this arrangement, when in fact you were not.
Next time I hope you are clear with whomever hosts you about your intended use for the space. This was clearly not a good fit for you which is why I offered to terminate your stay early and offer a refund— it clearly was not working for either of us.
There was certainly equal frustration felt. I do not appreciate your dramatics and accusations in your review. I did not come in 3-4 times per week. It is all documented in our Airbnb messaging , as you requested.
