This space is Ideal for adults who are experienced International travelers on a budget, open-minded, self-reliant, always on the go, like to eat out and have the ability to follow instructions with little or no help and simply just need a place to crash after a day of adventure. Imagine returning to a Private Suite that gives you the comfort of home, privacy, relaxation and a peace of mind.
This is a shared space and is exclusive to the guest indicated on the reservation only. To ensure everyone's' privacy and safety of our guest, absolutely no visitors allowed on the property
This space could comfortably accommodate 2-people (maximum)--upon request only. The space is NOT furnished with safety measures for infants/kids. With that said, we can only accommodate adults at this time.
This space has a lock on the door to ensure guest privacy in the room, is generally used for family/friends that are visiting year round, now made available to include you as our guest.
This space is on the 2nd floor of a 2 family detached dwelling and is currently occupied by 3 permanent occupants (1 female/2 males), within an apartment.
This space has NO STORAGE FOR LUGGAGE; Due to the size of the space guest(s) should NOT carry more than 1- Suitcase, 1-Carry-On (or the equivalent) and a personal item (such as, a small backpack, tote/or duffle bag). This will allow guests to fully appreciate the size of the room.
The space has an Air-condition (AC) provided upon request only, for an additional fee of $50.

This listing is NOT A HOTEL. it's a SHARED SPACE with a PRIVATE ROOM.
Guests should NOT have the same expectation as you would a hotel stay.
Guest’s sole purpose of renting the room is for your own residency only.
We take pride in our home and community and set rules for our place so that we both (guest/host) have a comfortable experience--it's that simple!
GUEST ARE EXPECTED TO FOLLOW THE RULES...
With that said, to ensure everyone's' privacy and safety of our guest, VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.
THIS IS A SHARED SPACE AND IS EXCLUSIVE TO THE GUEST ON THE RESERVATION ONLY
IT IS AGAINST AIRBNB POLICY TO BOOK FOR A FAMILY MEMBER/OR FRIEND UNLESS YOU ARE STAYING TOGETHER; therefore, booking for someone else will NOT be allowed. If you book for someone other than yourself, the reservations will be canceled and we will NOT be held accountable for any cancellation fees that may be associated with this type of booking.
Guests MUST provide a clear photo on their profile so that we can recognize you when you arrive. You MUST have your valid government issued ID readily available upon check in.
For safety and security purposes, we must be able to verify that the person we are giving our keys to, is the same person who booked the reservation.
Refusal to present a valid government issued ID, gives us the right NOT to provide access to the rental.

We would need to see the names of ALL additional adult guest before
check-in.
a $20 fee per night, will apply for each additional guests.
guest CAN'T change/or replace a guest mid-stay, they will be consider an additional guest.
Early arrival / late check-out, must be requested/approved ahead of time, this will allow us sufficient time to plan accordingly.
Guest must communicate, and be clear about their intentions.

Guest(s) will receive only one (1) set of keys.
Guest(s) are NOT allowed to use the host address for delivery/or items mailed.

Guests must be able to climb down/upstairs (12 Steps).
Guests MUST bring any/or all of their essential items that are needed for the duration of their stay.
At times we may provide complimentary toiletries on the 1st day of Check-in only, (which includes shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap).
The Host is NOT responsible for providing washcloth--bring your own.
Meals are NOT provided; however, at times we may also provide a bottle of water, tea/or coffee as a starter kit. We will NOT be restocking any of the stuff mentioned through your stay.
The initial linens (sheets and towels) provided at time of check-in, will be the only ones guests get for the duration of their stay.
LINENS/TOWELS SHOULD NOT BE USED ON THE FLOOR OR TO REMOVE COSMETIC MAKEUP.
Laundry service is NOT provided—Laundromat nearby for your personal use only.
The cleaning fee that is included in your booking applies to the cleaning that will be performed in preparation for our next guest after you check out.
Guests MUST ensure ALL personal belongings are removed from the unit before checking out.
Guest are NOT allowed to bring excess luggage into the space; instead, please consider renting a storage unit.
Due to the size of the space with NO storage for luggage; guest(s) should
NOT carry more than 1- Suitcases , 1-Carry-on (or the equivalent) and 1
personal item (such as, a small backpack, tote/or duffle bag). This will allow
guest to appreciate the size of the room.
Guests can request an extension to their reservation only up to 28 days of the reservation date. we will NOT approve/or allow any stay past 28 days on the property--absolutely NO exceptions.
