The Nest is situated in the delightful picturesque village of Bathford 4 miles outside Bath. The cottage has been recently renovated providing country chic with modern facilities, including a new bathroom and kitchen. It is equipped with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The bed is made up with 100% French linen sheets and the large walk in shower with organic toiletries to enjoy and relax after days out. There is a regular bus service from the village to Bath

Prostor
The Nest is a lovely bright one-bedroom space that has been designed to a high standard, with a fully equipped modern kitchen, bathroom and cosy bedroom. There is a table and two chairs situated at the front of the cottage if you wish to sit outside (please note there is no access to the back-garden). Parking for one car is also available outside the cottage on the front driveway. We accept well behaved pets by prior arrangement.

Bathford is a charming peaceful village with lovely views to the surrounding countryside. There is a village shop five minutes’ walk away that provides a good range of locally sourced provisions, including freshly baked croissants on a Saturday/Sunday morning. The shop has a cafe attached to it and our village pub also does good family food.
There are numerous walks and bike rides in the beautiful surrounding countryside, especially around Brown’s Folly which is a local nature reserve located just above the village.
Bathford is surrounded by picturesque villages and towns and other attractions including:
Bradford on Avon, Bathampton, Castle Coombe, Freshford, Lacock,Longleat, Wells Cathedral, Bowood House etc.

I have lived in Bath for more than 10 years and am totally in love with the city. I first came as a student for my Masters Degree at Bath University. Now I work as a tour guide and love to share my knowledge with my guests looking for the little gems of Bath. The city is famous for its amazing Georgian architecture and the property offers guests a lovely experience staying in a classical and stylish setting. I have two small children myself and totally understand what its like to travel with kids - that's why I have tried to make my holiday lets feel homely with a good selection of toys and board games to occupy the little ones.
