Incredible neighborhood. I live close by but will likely not be there in person.
I get a lot of questions from out of town guests regarding beaches. Beaches are located about 3 hours away from Charlotte NC I typically recommend Folly Beach as a day trip. However we do have 2 main lakes- Lake Wylie and Lake Norman. If you like boating and water, there are some public access points.

Plaza Midwood is literally the hottest neighborhood in Charlotte and this airbnb is the BEST location. New bars/restaurants/entertainment is all very walk-able and you are in the middle of all the action. The unit faces the back trees so you will have a bit of peace and quiet but outside the front door is the best neighborhood and the fastest growing in all of Charlotte.
