There are lots of wild critters around our property, so sensible outdoor footwear is strongly suggested for exploring.
Children MUST be supervised by an adult at all times. There is open water on our property, sharp metal artwork materials, and a very friendly dog who likes to give kisses.
**Thank you for not smoking on our property. **
The carriage is self-contained, but it is also an extension of our home. Please treat it with care and leave it clean & tidy. (wash up dishes, mop up shower area, remove rubbish, etc)

Be aware that this is a working hobby farm and exercise caution & common sense. We are happy to introduce our animals and show you around our property, but please also respect our privacy and other commitments.
Pets can be allowed by pre-agreement, but they must be kept on a lead due to free-ranging poultry. There will be a small additional fee.

Hello! We grow our own fruit & vegies, raise a variety of poultry, farm a few fish, and keep a cluster bee hives. Peter is a sculptural artist, whilst Debra dabbles in many creative pursuits including sewing, music, and preserving. We have a Borgi named Pip, an assortment of chickens/turkeys/ducks, and a friendly dairy cow (or 2 or 3). We enjoy arthouse cinema, funky live music, gourmet picnics, and starry starry nights.
It's been an exciting journey to meet & host people from around the world in our unique retro train carriage. Sharing stories & experiences is a wonderful way of connecting with other cultures, and we're always happy to both inspire and BE inspired!
