Casa Molinari is a private, rustic, clean studio apartment. Access to shared BBQ and outdoor cooking and eating area. It is located on Tuscany, Liguria and Emilia Romagna border. Sleeps 2 comfortably (Double bed) and has private and up-dated bathroom. This charming studio is located on private land that has a fruit tree orchard. It is in the country, but is close to the town town and all the services - pure happiness. A forty minutes drive from the sea and the beaches. Parma, Italy, in Borgo Val di Taro (and various accessories) are in the vicinity. It is very close to #15 highway (a la Spezia and Parma), the train and several airports Pisa and Milan). Borgo Val di Taro is 8 km away, and has all the necessary amenities. A quiet retreat is a great way to spend a holiday among the excursions to various tourist attractions and the nearby cities. Use, it as a base for visiting the tourist attractions in Milan, Bologna, Florence, Venice, Cinque Terre, Pisa, Lucca etc. most of north-west, the tourist attractions are easily accessible by car or train.

Dave Molinari is a highly experienced hiker and guide. He has hiked, on at least one or more occasions, the majority of the mountains in the ranges that span Emilia-Romagna, Liguria, and Tuscany Italy over the past five years. Dave is a National Coaching Certification Program “B” License Coach and Trainer, and he has played and coached sport at the international level for over fifteen years. He has coached and developed athletes of all ages, genders and abilities. Ten years ago, Dave visited Italy with his family and reconnected to his roots.
Dave completed a M.Sc. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Ergonomics from the University of Calgary, Canada in 1997 and a B.A. (Honors) in Leadership and Applied Psychology in 1990. He has taught Introductory Psychology, Leadership, Ethics, Human Resources Recruiting and Selection, and several other topics at the college and university level. Dave is excited to share a few of his most favorite local hikes with you.
Dave speaks English and is functional in Italian.
Dave is a life-long practitioner of multi sports and athletic disciplines, having competed and played at a high level. He has been a soccer, fitness and recreational teacher for most of his life. Dave believes in mind, body and soul. He teaches enthusiastically and encourages a balanced, healthy, positive, and productive lifestyle. Dave has been hosting yoga, fitness and recreational events for past thirsty years. Dave’s true love is hosting Yoga and Hiking Retreats in Italy. He hopes to share his knowledge and experience with other yoga practitioners, and continue in his quest for life-long learning about this discipline and its great philosophical and spiritual teachings.
