The house is modern and yet cosy with all you need and within walking distance from the sea and nature. It is close to 200 sqm suitable for up to six people and two families.
The location is within walking distance from the sea and 20 km south of central Gothenburg.
On the backside of the house there are large terraces with a view over the sea, great for relaxing.
To get to the house from the airport, either go by bus or taxi/uber/own car. By car it takes 30 minutes.

You will get a close feeling to the nature although you're just a small distance from Gotheburg.
Within waking distances, there are a number of natural rock beaches, considered being the best around Gothenburg.

If you bring bicycles its beautiful to bicycle along the sea on the Säröbana.

A green park with several channels stretches through the whole neighbourhood. At the southernmost tip you’ll find Sørenga Seawater Pool, a popular recreational spot for Oslovians in summertime. Several waterfront restaurants offer great food in maritime surroundings, with a view to Oslo landmarks such as Barcode, the Oslo Opera House and Akershus Fortress. Sørenga is also a popular place for paddling.

The location is one of Oslo's newest areas, built on an old dock virtually on top of the water with canals and docks on all sides.
In the area thera are a number of restaurants, a walking bridge over the water to the Opera house and Barcode.
