Modern studio near historic Marietta Square! Completely private apartment with separate entrance in a lovely neighborhood, 1.3 mile walk to super cute Marietta Square (restaurants, bars, shops!) + the new food market! Also nearby: hiking on Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park, Wellstar’s Kennestone Hospital, fun shopping, Kroger grocery, bakery/coffee spot, and lots more. 10.5 miles from Atlanta’s new Suntrust Park (Braves baseball), and easy access to I-75 for additional ATL adventures!

Prostor
A recent add-on to our newly renovated mid-century home, the apartment is attached to our house but is completely private with its own entrance. The apartment is furnished with a full bed, two nightstands, a large table, small desk, full kitchen with new appliances, (stove, oven, microwave, Keurig, fridge), and a full bath. You are welcome to log on to your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu etc accounts on the television . There is no cable, however. There’s a small outdoor space that’s all yours, complete with two chairs and a small table. There is 1 parking spot in our driveway for our Airbnb guests - behind our white mailbox.

We love Marietta. Everything you need is just a walk or short drive away - quiet hiking trails, great food, nightlife, all sorts of shopping, etc. We really enjoy our proximity to the restaurants in Marietta Square. At just 1.3 miles away - it’s a direct walk down Whitlock Avenue (busy road lined with historic homes), taking about 20-25 minutes depending on your pace. The Square has interesting restaurants, bars and little shops, and you can head there for a quick bite or a full day of shopping fun. From clothing to vintage records to loose tea, the Square has something for everyone. Adjacent to the Square is the Marietta Food Market complete with 16 food stalls (everything from Cuban sandwiches to BBQ to bulgogi bowls, etc). But if you’re you’re looking for a quieter stay, or would prefer to cook your own meals in a small but complete kitchen, that’s possible too :)

We work nearby and will be available should you need anything. We are happy to meet and chat when we’re home or can keep our interactions all through the Airbnb app, whichever you prefer works for us.

Pet Policy:

We welcome socialized, potty trained and well-mannered dogs. (So sorry, no cats, one of us has an allergy). We charge an extra $20 per dog cleaning fee (on top of our standard $30) for this amenity. Additional fees may be applicable if your dog causes damage to our furniture, rugs, etc. Please note that we have a tiny dog ourselves, and although it’s unlikely they will meet, we ask that you please only bring friendly dogs into our home/front yard just in case. For your pup’s enjoyment, we recommend Lewis Park Dog Park and Bark Street Petopia for his or her shopping needs. Many of the restaurants in Marietta Square have dog-friendly patios, so don’t forget to bring your friend along! When booking with a dog, please confirm you’ve read this section :)
