The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings with a luxurious adjoining master bath. Dual vanities and a huge luxurious 3 headed shower are just the right way to start or end your day in the city. Step out from the master bedroom onto the south facing rooftop patio with a clear view west to the Olympic Mountains!
The main floor features the kitchen with stainless appliances and the living space with huge south facing windows. Additionally there is a bedroom/office and powder room on the main floor. The bottom floor features the third bedroom. This room steps out onto it's own private backyard patio with grill.
Located a few blocks to a tasty bite to eat (Blue Glass), a high end beer snob bar (The Dray), a farm to table vietnamese restaurant (Stock), northwest fusion cuisine (Brimmer and Heeltap), pizza (Veraci pizza) and some of the best coffee in Seattle (Cafe Bambino and Slate Coffee Roasters). Just a quick venture to Ballard, Phinney Ridge (the Zoo!), Fremont or Greenlake and your options are literally endless. Easy access to route 99 or 15th ave that take you directly downtown in less than 15 minutes. Bus lines are within two blocks.
Street parking is free and available directly in front of the house. There is a driveway to pull into when unloading as well and will park smaller cars.

Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. We travel often and have help managing guest services for our home while we are away.

We would appreciate it if you wash any dishes you use during your stay. Please leave the house in the same condition you found it as when you first arrived. You will be staying at a Pillow Homes approved property and guests are required to follow the Pillow rules and terms.
